Q. What separates LINE-X from its competitors?

A. LINE-X is engineered and manufactured by BASF, we receive the polyurethane in 50gal drums the formula has been perfected by BASF and is untouched on the way to your truck. Our competition mixes chemicals by hand leaving room for error and inconsistency. LINE-X is sprayed onto your truck at 2500psi@190 degrees the bed can be walked on in 3 seconds after being sprayed. A fast drying time allows LINE-X to obtain a factory like finish. Our competition sprays at 100psi@room temp the customer cannot use his bed for 24hrs. LINE-X removes all hardware in your truck bed including your bed bolts, and is reinstalled after completion. Our competition does not for example see Project Rhino. LINE-X will complete your truck in 2 hrs or less our competition; well they offer great rates on that rental car you’re going to need. Q. How do you prepare my truck for the LINE-X process?

A. First we lightly scuff up the clear coat on the bed. Then we mask and paper the truck. We put the truck in the paint booth; cover any remaining surfaces with a plastic tarp. We then rub alcohol over the sanded truck bed surface to remove any grease, moister, or residue. Line-X product is then professionally applied by a trained certified applicator.

Q.What is the difference between over the rail and under the rail and what do you recommend?

A. First, the difference between over and under the rail is basic. Over the rail is when the LINE-X product comes over the rail to any line the customer determines. Under the rail is when LINE-X product stops under the lip of the rail.

Second, LINE-X recommends going over the rail do to one simple fact, your rails can and do receive a lot of abuse. Also if you are installing anything from diamond plate to a canopy, over the rail application offers a line of protection against abrasive accessories. LINE-X does not interfere with any accessory installation.

Q. I know your bedliner is the strongest out there, but what if I gouge my LINE-X bedliner?

A. LINE-X backs up its bedliner with a Written Lifetime Warranty. We can also make a seamless repair to the bedliner.
