How to Participate:

Promotion begins 12:01 am PST January 22, 2007 and continues until 11:59 pm PST July 28, 2007 ("Promotion Period"). There are two ways to participate: (1) visit www.line-xsandiego.com/promo, fill in the required information and click "Enter to Win." or (2) call (619) 477-1796 and provide the operator with the required information. Only one entry per person will be allowed during the Promotion.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to participate, you must be at least 18 years old at time of participation, and a legal U.S. or Canadian resident (except for residents of Quebec and Puerto Rico, and where otherwise prohibited by law). Employees of Line-X San Diego (the Sponsor), its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individual or entity directly involved with this Promotion, including immediate family members or those living in the same household (the "Promotion Entities"), are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

Prize will be issued and only redeemable for ONE week from date of issue. Each prize has its own special code and cannot be duplicated for multiple uses. Once prize is redeemed it will be voided in system and unable to be use again. Sponsor and all related parties shall have no liability for entries that are incomplete, or for entries that are not accurately received due to online technical malfunctions or systems-related problems, beyond their reasonable control.
